AVs as a limited flying vehicle set?

I haven't ever done modding myself and credit to all the amazing modders out there that have so dramatically improved CP77 but I was curious can this be done?

Is it possible to take the well known 'Let there be flight' mod but have it apply ONLY it to some vehicles, not all of them? (credit to that modder)

If so is it then possible to create new vehicles of the;
-'Zetatech Altus' (Assault medivac AV used by Trauma Team everywhere)
-'Millitech Manticore' (combat AV used by Meredith Stout & others),
-'Rayfield Excalibur' (Corp AV in corp lifepath and Heist mission)

then apply the 'Let there be flight' mod but ONLY apply it to those 3 vehicles?

and finally have the AVs purchasable through the Virtual Car Dealer? (credit to the modder)

I'm guessing that making the AVs as new vehicles isn't the problem as the skins for them already exist in the game and putting those into Virtual Car Dealer is easy enough, what I don't know is if the mechanics of the 'Let there be flight' mod can be made to apply ONLY to those vehicles and not every vehicle.

Is this possible? Anyone interested in trying?
