Shadow bug on grass depending on where I'm looking (LE version, video example included).

In the Eldergleam Sanctuary, the grass is turning a dark blackish green colour, like as if it is being abruptly shaded from the lighting in the cell, depending on the direction I'm looking. As you can see in the video, when I look down and away from the grass, it assumes a regular green colour that is appropriate with the rest of the scenery and foliage inside of the cave. Conversely, looking at the grass more directly changes the colour to the aforementioned blackish green. This symptom remains the same with or without ENB enabled. Obviously my game is modded, though I'm not using any lighting or shadow related mods. I wonder if it's an .ini setting that needs to be changed? I'll check out other cave cells and see if the problem persisted elsewhere in my game, but I don't recall seeing this problem anywhere else in my game at this moment. I tried deleting the various light sources in the Eldergleam Sanctuary world cell via Jaxon's positioner because I thought LE's issue with 4+ light sources per cell was the problem (it wasn't). Do you folks have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I can't see the video, nothing is played, but I understand what I read, I have that problem but in a cave, Blind Cliff Cave.

I installed the mod that removes all the lights (and it does) but that problem persisted. maybe it's something with dust or fog.
I clarify that I am not a modder and I do not have great knowledge. You have to wait if someone with a lot of experience answers you.
I'm currently testing two mods that remove fog and dust, but I haven't been to Blind Cliff Cave yet.

If I can open the game tonight, I'll visit the place and I'll tell you.

Hey pal! No worries about modding experience (or lack thereof). I'm just glad somebody responded back to me :D

I went to Blind Cliff Cave, as well as a few other cave cells, but did not have the same problem there as I did in Eldergleam sanctuary.

Yes, I've come across a few threads which seem to indicate mods that affect fog and dust may effect shadows and flickering. I may link them here if I am able to find them again.

I'll go through my mod list and see if any fog or particle or dust mods exist and need to be swapped out and I'll let you know if this fixes my problem!

I painfully tell you that no, my problem persists, so fog and dust apparently aren't my problem, maybe that's not yours either
maybe someone with experience in CK or maybe it helps if you put what your mod load order is like (I have no idea how to copy or export that)
maybe someone who read the post see the problem. I tell you that I have these mods installed
Smoke and Dust Remover
Remove Ambient Interior Fog
Grass on Steroids - a grass mod that gives FPS BOOST and Dense Grass
I'm going to try this one in particular right now.

I play in LE
keep in mind that they may take time to respond but they always do so because surely your problem is easy for someone experienced and there are many here

Something important that I forgot to mention is that I don't use any ENB
