There is currently no way to slow walk when using mouse and keyboard, controllers can do so just fine.
As for holstering weapons the only way to do so is to melee without an equipped melee weapon which is less than ideal.
Keybind mods for these would be greatly appreciated and would go a long way in increasing immersion.
