DarthTriton Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 This idea is to make it so only the College of Winterhold or mage characters sell spellbooks or scrolls, or even soul gems. This is tended to be more of an immersive mod and give people incentive to actually go to the College. If any modder wants to embark on this task feel free to make it customizable like allowing players to choose if you want vendors to sell soul gems but not spellbooks and scrolls or vice versa.
