Mr MMMM Posted June 19, 2009 Share Posted June 19, 2009 For some reason, any plasma ball (excluding the ones from...doggonit, those super mutant watch-dog things) won't register on an NPC or myself, unless I use vats. I can hit a radroach with twenty MF cells worth of plasma but no damage, unless I use VATS. Anyone know what my problem is? should I post my Load Order?
