[SSE] A mod that runs a morrowind style text box for all interactive dialog

Voice comments in the street or main quest lines, keep them, sure. But all interactions with NPCs is just a morrowind text box with dialog options. Further to that it would be nice to add in stuff like "Skyrim lore" "little advice" "little secret" etc.
I want this because the voice acting is soulless and boring and morrowind is better. Further to that lets get some diceroll mechanics and leviation :P
