Recolor Mods

I got a mod to make the T-51b armor get rid of the green fungi. But how do you install recolors?I dont get it.The link to the mod is

Select the textures folder in the downloaded archive and choose to extract to a specific location. When asked you where to extract the files to specify the Data folder of your Fallout 3 install, and that should do the trick. Your operating system will probably also warn you that the folder already exists, so just tell it to merge the folders if it does.
