I'm seeing the same error. I see the cloudfare redirect and it seems to to succeed, but still can't login.

Cannot login, download, or do anything for that matter; fresh install.
Manual login using API also is a failure, as API key is invalid according to vortex. Also no fix when regenerating API keys or reinstalling vortex. Seems like there's an issue connecting from the backend of nexus to the vortex. Issue is also repeatable on mod manager 2, as I am unable to connect to the nexus servers on there either. Firewall has been allowed for vortex / mod manager, no anti virus is blocking it. I followed the faq, common issues, and other threads. This needs to get fixed.

Found a solution.
I've read it's an issue caused by Cloudflare.
So I simply thought about using their DNS

Download Cloudflare WARP and enable it. It's an auto setup for their DNS.
Resolved the issue immediately for me. No reinstall, reboot or whatever people were suggesting helped before that.
