Create a mod of the castle ... then copy the whole thing to a different place ... a few different places.

All you would need is the exterior as the door could always lead to the same interior ...

Then script it to appear at the places on a timed schedule by the day or week or time, By using

.enable() and .disable() on the exteriors. As for the doors they would need to lead to doors stack on each

other again using .enable() / .disable() (i've done this before works great)

I remember along time ago I requested a floating Dwemer Castle/Outpost that I could dock the Dev Aveza airship to and have a moving Dwemer Castle/Outpost that moved around and floated over or near the major hold cities but that was a rather large and unrealistic expectation I think on my part. I think your best option would be FC's Kagrenac's Instant Fortress mod since you can put the fortress pretty much anywhere. I keep the FC Kagrenac's Instant Fortress on the Khajiit tropical island in Moothpath's To Elsweyr mod.
