PC Head Tracking: Creating B.Y.O

I have been trying to find a male voice mod for PC Head Tracking and Voice Type https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72039 and so far have really only found a Geralt of Rivia voicepack, a mod that does not have sample audio, several male voice mods that are labelled as adult content, and a voice pack that I think is a good idea but find the voice acting rather over the top https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/96813

As a solution, I am trying to create a B.Y.O. voicetype just using files from the male even tone in Vanilla Skyrim but have not been able to find the vanilla voice files. From what I can gather from these sites,

I absolutely need the Creation Kit for Skyrim in order to gain access to the voice files but I did not download it and only found the Creation Kit for Skyrim SE, not Skyrim LE, when searching for it on Steam. I just would like it confirmed that I am screwed on this route to add more lines for B.Y.O from Skyrim voice files.

I have downloaded the B.Y.O. male even tone voicepack as an optional file to the main mod but would like to add/modify its setup. I can use additional male even tone lines in .wav format added by other mods for NPCs of that voice type https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/111160 and I have tested copying the files to the Voicetracking B.Y.O files, renaming it as instructed by the main mod, and tested and confirmed this to work but have not modified the voice pack optional file. Is it safe to add and rearrange files from this pack and will it save the changes should I disable it to use a female voice pack in another playthrough and reenable it later for a different character?

I have also found voice files for male even tone from other mods in .fuz format and have tried to copy these and convert the copies to .wav format with Unfuzer https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9797 but it fails to convert the files for unknown reasons. I think that the files work but cannot review the .fuz format files with Windows Media Player or VLC player like I can with the .wav format files.

It would be very nice/helpful/very much appreciated if someone was willing to extract the vanilla male even tone voice files and make them available to download since I seem not to be able to do that without the Creation Kit but I can work with what I have so long as I am sure that rearranging and adding to the voice files from the B.Y.O voicepack will not break things
