Hello I am having a download speed problem. I cant download past the speed of 10kb/s on vortex while on the nexus website ( manual download ) the speed is capped at 30kb/s fluctuating.

I don't have any on going download the uses the bandwidth when downloading mods.

My connection is wired through modem and pc and its stable enough when doing non nexus things
