TalRasha99 Posted June 29, 2017 Share Posted June 29, 2017 no it is not even close for the real emperors regalia :D The emperor's will is just a (sorry for the moder) it is nothing more then a cheap spartan heavy armor mod. While the ESO emperors regalia is ACTUALY a True Emperors Armor. While the other emp armors are on teh nexus are nothing more then cheap rome heavy armor clones. I dont know how to modelling this, or what kind of programs i need for it, but i would realy love to make this mod, or at least helping to make this happen.
