I dont know what to do..

Hello, I need somebody help me.

I’m stuck in the last room of fallout 3 main quest “Take It Back”

, I think the first time I beat the game Id loose too much time in that room, then I found out the mod that unlocks the door..

But now I just installed the DLC Broken Steel and when I’m going to put the pass, the reactor explodes... So I can’t play then the game finish and nothing happens :(

I ask is there a way to reset the reactor time? O a mod or something? I just don’t want to start allover ;(

I have the same problem as you, I'm stuck in that reactorroom with my last save. There seems to be no way than to start all over again. But you have the broken steel addon, and with that addon you should wake up 2 weeks later in the citadel of the brotherhood of steel.

I just found in fallout.wikia “The vault” this:

 

Decision 3: Do nothing.,,

If the player chooses to, they may simply not go into the purifier. This results in Project Purity quickly exploding, along with any chance of pure water for the entire wasteland or to introduce the Modified FEV into the water supply. An ending sequence will still be played, and it will count as an ending. The last thing the player will see is the destruction of the purifier. Just like all other endings, this does not result in free-play. Even if the player has Broken Steel installed this option ends the game. With no purifier the events of Broken Steel could not happen.

 

I have too much hours in spended in that save game T.T, im very Dissapointed :(

it allows you to play beyond the last quest :thumbsup:

but does that mod fix that bit?

I mean about the "Do Nothing" option

especially with BS, good to know that there IS a way to not do everything BS adds
