I placed a couple of ceiling fans in a cell, in the render window when I toggle the fx they rotate fine, but when I go in game they are stationary. Am I missing/overlooking something? Do I need to attach a rotate helper to the fan? I've searched around for some solutions/fixes but couldn't really find anything.

You haven't provided any information on which to base your answer. Did you animate the model in 3ds 2013 and use gamebryo animation manager from bgs exporter? Or otherwise? Edited by South8028

Sorry, they are just stock forms found in the creation kit. I figured, it out after some sleep, I mistakenly grabbed statics instead of the movable static version (still not sure why the statics would be shown as animated in the ck's render window), in any case problem solved (stupid mistake to make I know).
