Realistic explosion velocity

Im a weirdo that hates the instant hit speed for anything: explosions included. I like to use slow time mods and realistic bullet speed mods to simulate how it would feel to have the flash's powers.

There are realistic bullet velocity mods but i dont see any realistic explosion velocity mods.

Has anyone made a mod like this? If not then can someone make this happen?

Quite a reasonable idea about blast wave, even if it's doubtful still that anyone would notice delays, i think, there are no blasts with sufficient radius in game normally.

Unfortunately, i couldn't find out for now how to implement via native means without scripting, so a challenge for someone else then.

Problem with SlowMo is that can't detect regular explosion in advance and when it actually hits, then SlowTime takes time to reach the peak, nearly half of the blast, thus all damage is already taken at this moment. Doesn't have much sense, except just for watching ending of explosions.

While another of my favorites - PushAway - that's quite relevant too and is easy endless fun as usual, but without wave spreading, even if nearly unnoticeable, it doesn't feel that interesting as i wanted.

ImUrNEMESIS991, Well, made something https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yapZlIXJJu9_IqAIE0b4TYv6fu5Oqo-S/view?usp=sharing . Nothing about velocity though, just casts SlowTime as hit by explosion, no fancy evasion, but i've made it to cut half of damage still. Perk-based variant may have false starts during combat, don't know how often it may happen or was just a rare glitch, script-based alternative wasn't tested in game. Rings are craftable at Cooking->Utility.

And by the way found this https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47195 . Looks good. Although i suspect that nobody else here associates blast wave with push effect. Nah, it's fun still even if nearly instant and if Slowtime bit delayed.

Try this camera. Speed control works, as far as I understand, only in tfc. You can try to create a scene and, for example, record it in slowmo. I don't know how it works in vanilla, I've only tried the camera with its own animations.

Not sure, how cameras help with what? They don't seem to trigger slowmo at peak from start, it's same as Spell. I'm not good with cameras either way, but is there something specific about Ragdoll?, couldn't find in CamPaths. Little annoyance - Ragdoll breaks SlowTime.

No idea. I remember that it was the camera that slowed down frames on pageDown and sped up on pageUp. I don't know anything else about her. I still have the old Scooter mod. It slows down time when aiming, you can probably set any time in ck. I'll look for it tomorrow.

It used to be lying around on the nexus. When aiming, time slows down. You can probably experiment with the effect in ck and achieve the desired time delay. For example, set it up so that the slowdown is permanent. I remember exactly that when time slowed down in this mod, all processes in the game slowed down. Particles, physics, animations.

Ah, no. It's not about SlowTime effect itself, but how fast it takes to reach the peak, i.e. has magnitude curve during like 1+ sec., so doesn't stop instantly. In other words, we cannot capture exact moment when it was triggered. Most noticeable for fulminant effects like explosions.
