[Potential Mod Request] Smaller Buff Body Types

I'm curious, from those with modding experience in EA, would it be possible to shrink the scale of body types 2 and 4 down about, 15%-25%ish? Closer to the default body heights.

 

Reason being is that the size is just so comically large, considering I'm playing as human and half elf, especially in comparison to Shadowheart for example.

 

If it's possible, I'd be willing to figure out how to make it myself, or if someone is willing to make it, that'd be great. I'd even be willing to pay if necessary.
