No mods in game?

I feel like i missed a step somewhere but cant find it.

 

I downloaded the release mod fixer and tiefling unleashed. Put both into the C:\Users\me\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods folder.

 

I turn game on.

 

Everything works fine but theres no mods. Tiefling is unchanged from vanilla.

 

What did i miss?

Need to either manually add them into your mod settings file or use mod manager to load them into your mod order.
