[SSE] CC Fishing Race Scale Remover

The CC fishing animation seems to reset the camera height. This is only an issue if the user is using a mod that adjusts the player camera to a modded player height. I attempted to resolve the issue myself but I lack the knowledge. Hopefully someone else can patch this niche issue. Thank you.
