Are they any mods that are similar to Ghosts of the Tribunal but for LE

I've tried playing Skyrim SSE but it's just too buggy, but I would love the Ghosts of the Tribunal. I was wondering if someone could create a mod similar to Ghosts of the Tribunal for Legendary. I mean with the glowing Trueflame and Hopesfire. I think it would be great.
