[LE] Mod Request - a similar mod to Ghosts of the Tribunal for Legendary

I'd like to see a similar mod to the SSE version of Ghosts of the Tribunal complete with the masks and Hopefire and Trueflame with the shining effect as in Morrowind. I'd play SSE but I can't due to it's so buggy, and certain quests won't advance. I hope someone can make one, or port the Ghosts of the Tribunal to Legendary Edition.
