Unfortunately, that is several months away, possibly by late October. The mod that exists is very gimmicky and dangerous to work. Use it at your own risk. Additionally, it lets you edit origin characters as well. It may also have more options than what Larian's official will but we'll have to see. In the end, it's up to you if you want to wait or not. Editing our appearance doesn't come in Patch 2 after all. Basically Larian posted that they don't know when it's coming. Uninstalling this Early Access. Have fun to the rest of you. I am out! I desperately need to change my makeup, the lighting during CC was so different, my character in-game looks nothing like what I had planned.
