I'm afraid we simply don't have a very good service to the phillipines and ISP throttling over there is not helping and there really is not a lot we can do at the moment.

You're seeing 4.5MB/sec to a number of nodes - so that seems OK ?

 

We've attempted to reroute traffic from the Philippines to a different CDN node for non premium users ( where this shouldn't be a problem ) - please let us know if you see any improvement.
