[Mod Request] Illithid conversation option without long rest

The conversation options which appear to use your tadpole on others are only available once per long rest, sometimes this can be really frustrating as there are multiple times to use it between long rests, even at your own camp.

If anyone can circumvent this and force the character to always have the option to use these without it telling you that you need to take a long rest first, that would be amazing
