[Mod request] Action Surge but costs movement

I've always found it annoying how dnd allows you to trade your action for movement, but doesn't allow you to trade your movement for action (outside of some specific abilities). It would be awesome if someone could implement a spell/action that consumes your movement and gives you another action.
