HallloDuu Posted August 10, 2023 Share Posted August 10, 2023 Hi,I have a weapon mod with two similar scopes in different positions on the gun which also differ in the reticle and I wanted the reticle from one scope on the other. So I extracted the corresponding textures file in the data folder using BAE, dublicated the reticle I want, renamed it to the one I don't want and deleted that. Then I repacked it using Archive2, overwrote the old texture file with with my new one and now the whole gun is pink and has no textures whether it has this optic on it or not and since this is my beginning with fallout modding I have no idea why this is or how to fix it so I'm asking for help. AlexScorpion Posted August 10, 2023 Share Posted August 10, 2023 (edited) You have to link your textures to your material files and also link your material files to your nif files https://youtu.be/A5FdC68yklE?t=261 when you have renamed/deleted your texture file you broke the link and now the matrial cannot find it so the mesh appears pink ingame.
