Malchik Posted April 19, 2005 Share Posted April 19, 2005 Jobasha's Rare Books is in Vivec Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks. Go to the atrium level and you'll find two passageways leading off from the centre. One goes to the local cornerclub, the other to shops including the apothecary used in the miscellaneous quest 'an apothecary slandered' and Jobasha.
