If I play without any mods i dont have the issue, but since i am playing a mod supported NG+ that isnt really an option. i dont know exactly which mod is causing it and why but i think it has something to do with red4ext. Ive attached the crash report so you tech wizzards can maybe check whats causing the issues and suggest fixes. I would be very greatfull.
