BUT: Of course young and without this little hump on the nose (bridge). Also: A little bit smaller lips (and not so red) would be great. So it would not look 100 % like Jaheira. I think it would look beautiful. I found Jaheiras Face, but it is the "old" version from the game and still have the nose with this little hump (sorry to say).
