Fallout new vegas - game crashing upon loading. Mod issues.

Hello, I was playing the game for many hours just yesterday. I did not change anything but now the game wont load my saves, it crashes to desktop.

I have been playing with both the New vegas essentials collections and the Modernizing F=:NV in under 50 mods collection, which was as I already stated working fine for many hours.

Vortex is now showing me some compatibility issues.

Vortex is saying some texture mods, some patch mods are incompatible.

 

Can these issues be resolved and my saves be made playable?

I managed to get it running when disabling a few mods!
