codered3d
I know it's a lot to ask. I was sick this last week and I spent HOURS setting up all the main user-created MODS in Oblivion. (FRAN, OOO, MMM, COBL, FCOM, etc.) It was working fine until I tried to make a backup. I 'moved' some of the data files instead of 'copied' and destroyed it. I want to see Oblivion with all the main (50 or so) mods tagged on. I don't have time to reduplicate what I did. Does anyone know of an Everything.OMOD that installs all the main mods? I don't care if I have to download a 4 gig file, I just don't have the time to redownload and setup 50+ mods again. Thanks. P.S. A torrent link would be great! Along with a proper load list with correct order and check-offs finished.
darkjaffar
Because many don't like their work repackaged in that sort of way, such a thing probably doesn't exist. Overhauls are probably the closest thing to that (as they themselves occasionally repackage many mods into one), but that seems to have been what you spent hours setting up. If all you did was move the data folder, moving it back would probably fix it.
BossDweebe
If you have file integrity - Meshes, Textures, etc. - all in their main folders then you should be able to get these back in the Data folder OK. even if the Data folder was not moved as one. I have to say it... Always keep a copy of the original zip's. In addition to mistakes like this some mods get removed from the site. If you have the originals then you have somethingto reference for restoring the folder/files. Yours is also an example of why I believe mods should be installed manually. If you do then you can fix things, because you know where they belong. Anyway - pretty much all of us have had a major drama early on in the mod experience.I reckon most have done a reinstall for one reason or another.
