Can't enable Archive Invalidation

Anytime I try to enable it I get the error "Fallout 3\Data\Anchorage - Main.bsa' is denied." and it will do this for all of the dlcs. I have tried FOMM an NMM and both get the error.

EDIT: So using this seems to have worked but if anyone happens to know why FOMM and NMM would be doing this I wold appreciate it.

I never heard about this error, but is it possible that your Anchorage - Main.bsa is corrupt (which means there problably was kind of an error during installation)? You can examine this by using a tool which is able to calculate checksums and then compare the checksum of the archive on your harddisk with the checksum of the archive on the installation media. If they are different your archive is definitely corrupt.

I doubt that because all of them seem to load fine and bring up the pop ups in game. I did read when trying to search to find a fix that having it in the program files folder can cause it to act weird so I re-installed and will try again soon
