Problem to manage a game

Hi everyone, yesterday i tried to manage Assassin's Creed Origin but I did something wrong. I have Vortex 1.9.3, and when I want to activate a game I have this message of error :

And when I want to stop managing I have this message :

Failed to purge

Failed to purge mods deployed for this game. To ensure ther are no leftovers before Vortex stops managing the game, please solve any setup problems for the game first.

The thing is I didn't install or downloaded any mod. I tried to uninstall re-install Vortex but I have the same messages. Can anyone please help me ?
