Actually, sometime it's a good idea to put a fresh install on your PC...clears out all the crap that you no longer use :) I try to do a clean install every 1-2 years. morrowind1979 Posted January 25, 2014 Author Share Posted January 25, 2014 I have found the issue. It seems the size limit on a esp is only present on a 32 bit system. I tried to load my other mod in the CK on my 32 bit system Hellspire which is an esp of around 60KB. Same thing happened it froze at 98%. I took a copy of Hellspire up to my cousins house and tried to load it in the CK on his 64 bit system. It loaded fine first time.
