If there isn't a mod for this already, can we get a De Lisle carbine

So the De Lisle carbine is a .45 ACP bolt action rifle with an integrated suppressor that was used by the British during WWII. I feel that it would be a relatively easy weapon to create since the body of a hunting rifle can be reused and just needs an integrated suppressor barrel.
