Any mod for -taking without stealing-?

That red ink Steal icon hovering everywhere and causing unintended problems; can it be turned off?

 

I want to take any item from anyone and anywhere and no one reacts. No steal icon over items.

Only steal icon and stealing action if the quest needs me to steal.

I mean, when I steal; no one will react, but it will be registered as steal.

I have searched mods. I couldn't find.
