Is RaceMenu really the only option?

Or is my only option to learn how to use Creation Kit or whatever?

well, you could just use Bodyslide and be happy with whatever it produces. As far as facial alterations go, I'm not sure... blender perhaps?

Yeah, I'm mostly concerned with the facial alterations. I do know Blender quite a little bit, I just don't think it's worth going through all that. Thanks though.
