Can't download SSE Immersive & Adult collection

Like the title states I can't download this collection: https://next.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/collections/xxsqm4/revisions/78?tab=about#revision-78

I have spent days with help trying to find a solution. all that remains is nexus to fix my issue.

From the image, it looks like something on your PC is preventing Vortex from communicating with the website regarding the download. Checking if you can download a mod via Vortex as well as manually is a good test for this. Please note we do not support Linux.

Yeah no like I said for multiple days on discord I have done ALL problem solving efforts. I download any mod or collection from nexus with ease manually and through the VMM. I have done every network and pc fix possible for this to be resolved on my end. I am not on Linux either. all that is left if for nexus to resolve my issue on their end. as a paying member who only paid for this specific mod collection and only bought SSE for this mod collection I would expect the staff to actually want a customer to end on a happy note.

I dunno what you want here, because a timeout error is between YOUR system and the download server, there's nothing for nexusmods to fix on their side.

Maybe something as simple as an adult content filter on your system/antivirus or on your ISP is misconfigured or misbehaving?
