Can anyone swap 3 control icons in game?

Can someone create mod that will swap control icons that appear in tooltips?

 

X -> Y
Y -> B
B -> X

 

I think this task is quite simle. I hope there is someone in this world who can solve MHW gamepad controlls settings ones and forever :sleep:
