[Mod Request]Keybind to change settings instantly(low fps to high fps), higher fps in inventory

Perhaps it would be possible to change the render resolution or view distance
only when opening the inventory menu, then returning it back after closing automatically.

What?
Temporarily lower graphics by keypress or automatically when inventory is open

Why?
Playing the game at 30-40 fps is okay, except when I mess around in the inventory.
It's much faster and easier to do inventory things when I'm at high FPS.
During normal gameplay and combat, 30-40 fps is absolutely acceptable.

I don't know if it's possible to add a script that changes the render resolution or view distance.
Perhaps there's a way to increase fps automatically, ONLY when in the inventory.
Maybe it's possible to make FSR work on performance mode when the player
