Unable to download Vortex

I tried to download Vortex. It failed.

The returned error message is

can't reach this page

files.nexus-cdn.com took too long to respond

Is the page missing?

I am unable to download mod whatsoever. When I download via vortex, it displays the message "Requesting url "nexus.somethingsomething" failed with status 401."

I have encountered this a few minutes ago. It is new, as I was able to download mods with ease a few hours ago.
