Make a copy of all rings (with their effects...etc) and change these to amulets (basically make amulets with vanilla ring effects)2. Make a copy of all amulets as above and change these to rings. (basically make rings with vanilla amulet effects)3. Make a set of cloaks that have the effects of each ring and amulet.
