Regarding Reports of slow d/l speed via Vortex

Just an observation in case it's of any use to the admins or of help to users:

 

I re-upped to be premium earlier today just to get that delicious download speed to try out the mod collections (these didn't exist when I stopped playing Skyrim a few years ago), and was disheartened to see a very slow d/l speed (around 600kbs average) while downloading the main manifest file. However once that file finished and it began downloading the actual mods, my speed was fantastic.

 

No idea what causes throttling of only that file in particular, just thought I'd point it out to anyone else seeing that and feeling sad about it, be patient and the actual mods will be fast. And if this information is of any use to admins there ya go!
