ACT1 Goblin Camp Pain Priest Abdirak wants to bestow Loviatar’s blessing to each character interested

I am looking for a mod that will allow all players in my Multiplayer game to get whipped or axed by Abdirak to receive Loviatar’s Love blessing. Preferably only once per person.

 

Abdirak is the Pain Priest in Act1 at the Goblin camp by the torture area.

 

I am also looking for repeatable blessings that can be achieved across players who wish to receive the experience. Not like Ersatz Eye, where Volo gouges out a character's eye and gives him an object that is unlikely to have more than one Ersatz Eye. Also, the fact he felt guilty and runs away. Hard to imagine he would have a jar of eyes and gouge out several eyes...

 

Another repeatable quest would be the Shar crypt where you under go trials and offer blood. I would like that entire experience to be repeatable once per character.

 

I am unsure if the passives are bestowed from the dialog lsj or some other location. I am digging through the PAK's to see if I can do this, but I am no where3 as gifted as other modders that have published.
