Quest Edit - Remove Minthara from required leaders to kill from Act 1

My goal is to be able to side with the tieflings/druids without having to kill Minthara. My idea is to just remove her as a requirement for the quest "Kill Goblin Leaders" and then see how the game reacts and then go from there.

 

After using the tools too unpack the game files

I located some files that I believe are relevant to my idea.

In the directory
~\Gustav\Mods\GustavDev\Story\Journal

there are:

objective_prototypes.lsx
quest_prototypes.lsx
questcategory_prototypes.lsx

I am curious to know if these are infact the files that i would need to edit or if anyone knows which files i would need to edit
