[Mod Request] Item that let's you alter Eldritch Blast

Eldritch Blast is a popular build path, and with multiclassing the ability to pick it up through the Spell Sniper feat to have it scale with your non-charisma classes it has a lot of potential... Almost. The issue is of course the lack of something similar to the Eldritch Invocation - Agonizing Blast. Something to make it deal additional damage based on your class's Spellcasting Modifier, rather than just Charisma.

Thus I request an item, personally I'd prefer a Ring, which makes Eldritch Blast deal additional damage based on your Spellcasting Modifier, and if possible to make it not stack with Agonizing Blast, so as to serve as an alternative for other classes. +1 to spell damage rolls as well, for increased hit chance.

 

Secondly, if possible, could there be a spell attached to this item that changes the damage type from Force to any other spell damage type (Radiant, Necrotic, Fire, Cold, Acid, Psychic, Lightning, Thunder) of your choice. As an example of how it could be done, I imagined it similar to the legendary staff, where it casts a spell that allows you to select an elemental buff of your choice that lasts until long rest, while active it will cause the damage type of Eldritch Blast to change according to the element.

Thirdly, it could potentially also grant the wearer the Eldritch Blast cantrip in such a way that it scaled with your class' Spellcasting Modifier, so that there is no need to go for the Spell Sniper feat.

Hex adds 1d6 necrotic
weapons add damage type to cantrips. I can't find anything off google, but I know there are items.
