[Mod Request] 'Table of Transference' enchantment swapper

I'm not experienced in modding so I'm not sure how possible it is, but I think a crafting table that allows you to combine two items to swap the enchantments over would be really cool so you could roll the +2 mace onto a longsword to make a mace and +2 longsword - or transfer over the more advanced skills such as Phalar Aluve's Singing ability onto a ring, cloak etc. Creates tons of new potential without having to add tons more new equipment, if it's possible that is.
