Multiple account abuse, repeatedly.

The user habitually used multiple accounts to attack mod authors, using an alternate account walterblackheisenburger, and FrezcoZiri.

This user cannot use file tools for 21 days

This user cannot download any file for 21 days

This user cannot post comments on the sites or forums for 21 days

This user cannot post comments on a specific file for the foreseeable future

This user cannot upload images to the Image Share for 21 days

This user cannot endorse mods for 21 days

This user cannot endorse images for 21 days
