corey0cat Posted June 23, 2009 Share Posted June 23, 2009 so im starting to use fallout 3 mods (yeah ima noob)so i downloaded the fallout3 mod manager nowand in it when i open theres a file that says fallout3.esmi dont know what that is so ill leave that alone. I've also downloaded the ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated so that should help i guess.i have a texture mod that i downloaded to change the environment but when i open the file,theres no .esp file i heard that that file is needed because i extracted the file into the data file in fallout3and it doesnt show up in the mod manager to be checked. muppetsoup Posted June 23, 2009 Share Posted June 23, 2009 If there's no esp or esm, you don't need FOMM. Just unzip the textures/meshes folders into your Fallout 3/Data directory and when it asks to overwrite, say yes.
