[Mod Request] Specific Hairstyle

Could anyone locate this hairstyle and add it to character creation? (particularly for the feminine half-orc body type) It's a vanilla hairstyle, but this is the only NPC I've seen it on, and it's obviously not in character creation. If I had any aptitude for modding, I'd do it myself, but I have no clue, so I hope this is something small that someone could do without too much effort. Or if there's an existing mod that already has this hairstyle that I just haven't come across, that would be great too.
