[REQUEST] Major Weapon Rebalance

Honestly as much as I enjoy AC6 the weapons desperately need a balance rework -

High stagger weapons shouldn't deal so much direct damage, and stagger shouldn't be seen as a chance to be massively exploited with certain weapons-

 

So in the end the goal should be into making having multiple different weapons more viable as to make them specialise into different roles:

  • Stagger being reworked entirely so normal bullets hit harder without having to break stagger.
  • Stagger being optional to break also means that when stagger happens, the dmg multiplier shouldn't be so high.
  • Shotguns being able to stagger more but doing almost no direct hit damage.
  • Rifles and SMG being able to do more damage without needing to break stagger to do most of their damage.
  • Orbit weapons are almost useless due to their long recharge times.
  • Making gatling guns extremely heavy to field
  • Making sniper builds a viable tactic (bullets travel too long to be viable)

of course we can bounce ideas, but at the moment i feel rifles feel too useless despite how sexy they are and that's just too much of a shame
